To download the latest Fiesta Client file, view the System Requirements, and
to download the latest drivers, please go to:
In order be able to play Fiesta you must make sure your firewall is properly
configured to allow Fiesta to connect to the game servers. Every firewall should
give you the option so that it asks you permission to let programs connect to
the internet when they first run. When you allow this option to occur, when a
program runs for the first time, the firewall will open up a pop-up on the
screen which will ask if you would like the program to access the internet.
Click on either the 'Allow/Yes' or "Block/No' buttons.
If your internet is lagging, try doing the following:
1. Go to Start>Run
2. In the textbox provided, put in one of the following commands:
a. ipconfig /flushdns (cleans out your DNS cache so that your DNS settings
resets itself)
b. ipconfig /release, ipconfig/renew (these 2 commands releases your ip address
and then renew it which is another way of reconnecting your internet
connection).
3. Go to www.opendns.com and follow the instructions to connect to a much faster
DNS server which is totally free.
4. Compare Fiesta's System Requirements with your computer's system
specifications and see if any hardware need to be upgraded. Outdated versions of
hardware can cause your computer to lag severely while playing the game.
5. Make sure your router/firewall allows Fiesta to connect through to the
internet and that your wireless adapter and/or the router's antennas are getting
good signal strengths. Make sure that your wireless adapter is updated to the
latest driver version.
Remember, never blame Outspark for your lag. Make sure your computer's
settings are stable before contacting
Outspark Support.
Most of the time, users will put the blame on Outspark before looking at their
own computer. |
